Privacy Policy
In accordance with the current data protection laws, this privacy policy states how I use your personal data when you interact with me for services of Psychotherapy, Counselling, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Supervision, Coaching, Group Work and Workshops.
As a member of UKCP I abide by and conform to their standards and ethical requirements which include the strictest laws of confidentiality.
Personal data I hold about you
Identity Data
Title, First Name, Last Name
Contact Data
Includes: Mailing Address, Email addresses, Telephone numbers, Skype address.
GP details for counselling, psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing.
Telephone, email and skype details are held on my personal password protected hardware.
Session Data
I hold handwritten notes to provide cues and reminders of session detail.
These notes are stored in a secure, locked, fire retardant cabinet.
These notes are retained for the period specified by UKCP and my professional indemnity insurers. As soon as the retaining period has lapsed, all notes are destroyed.
When I use your personal data
For the purpose of contacting you with any of the following options:-
To rearrange any session
To submit an invoice
To submit a receipted invoice
To provide an annual statement of clinical or supervision hours
To provide any updated information regarding my services
Disclosure
I do not share any of your details with any other party.
My own supervisor does not have access to any identifying information relating to you, except a first name.
